How do you photograph weddings?
Every wedding is different in some way. We always have 2 photographers to ensure we don't miss any details or moments. It's our mission to not only get to know the couple before their actual wedding but to build a trust so it feels natural and at ease the day of. We love seeing two people in love so we tend to photograph everything. Literally everything. When you view your gallery it will feel like you went back in time and witness many new things that you never thought were captured.
How many session images will we receive?
This is totally up to you. If we start the session on time and natural light is working in our favor, you will be very happy. We don't limit images and we try to capture a variety of photographs. You pay for a session and we will capture as many moments as we can within your time slot. We don't want to keep sessions of images from clients when we can give them to the client.
How do you protect the client images?
Weddings - We like to have a back up to our back up. All images are placed on a USB then our hard drive. Then we will also save on our back up hard drive. You can't redo your wedding so we make sure to save your images and upload to your gallery.
Sessions - We keep a sd card of your session images and we upload to our hard drive. But if you don't download your images to your own device, you will have to make a small service fee to download from us. All weddings and sessions are kept up to 5 years.
How do you offer photo & video?
We have three wonderful film/videographers who work amazing with us and our team. Their styles are different, yet that what we love and we all enjoy what we do. If you need a combo package, we get together and create one to fit your day. When you have a good flow on a wedding day or session with a videographer, the client will feel it when they see the video. It's pretty magical and the video will last for ever.
How much does it cost to book the studio?
The Show My Charm Design Studio rents by the hour to photographers for 1 hour $75 / 2 hours $150 / 3 hours $250 and email for more hours & pricing.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based out of Oklahoma and its three of us. We all love to travel and there's no travel fee within the state of Oklahoma. Outside of that our fee is pretty affordable. When traveling for weddings, we make sure to include hotel fee if needed. We would pretty much travel anywhere. That's an amazing thing to meet couples in love around the world.
When will we get our images and do you edit them?
Weddings and sessions have a different timeframe for completing the galleries. We deliver digital images and print releases for all galleries. You will receive an online gallery link with all your images with a password to access, share your favs and post on social media. The gallery allows print orders too and you can send it to any address. Most of our sneak peeks can take any where from 3 - 10 days. All sessions take up to 2 - 3 weeks. The turnaround time for all weddings are between 1 - 3 months. You will receive emails with updates as much as we can. We retouch all images in a session and also weddings. We do not share raw images at any time. We want our client to love their images and creating a beautiful bold and/or matte finish is worth the wait. Trust us! Plus there's no photo limit.
Can you describe your photography style?
Well, that's pretty hard to do since we like to create a personal style with every client. We would probably say our wedding style is romantic, natural, personal and bold. We enjoy personalizing all our weddings. If a client loves a certain image or style, we encourage them to be different and let the day unfold. You don't want someone to see your photos and say, Oh that looks just like that other couple. We love bold, natural and organic expressions. We create with matte, natural and/or sharp editing tools. We offer a editing form to help you take part in the editing process. All the images are yours so we want you to love them.
Do you offer anything for free?
Of course! When you book your wedding day with us, we offer a complimentary engagement session. We adore our yearly clients who want updated photos each year. If a client books each year, they can receive 50% off your session every year. We do travel to new cities if you have to move. A small travel fee will be added to your session.
How much does it cost to rent the event space 3rd Avenue?
The new event space is 3500sq with endless possibilities. We offer event planning & coordinations, decorations and setup/teardown services. What rentals are included when I book a planner or venue with rentals?
Most planners and venues with in-house rentals offer essential items such as tables, chairs, linens, basic décor, and sometimes specialty pieces like arches, lounge furniture, or signage. Included rentals vary by package, so we provide a detailed list upfront to ensure you know exactly what’s included and what may need to be rented separately.
Is it more cost-effective to choose a venue or planner that includes rentals?
Yes, booking a planner or venue with rentals often saves both time and money. Bundled rentals typically reduce delivery, setup, and pickup fees, and streamline coordination with fewer vendors involved—making the planning process smoother and more efficient.

Do you find venues and vendors for the client?
Absolutely. We have a preferred listing for Lawton, OKC and surrounding areas. If you want us to book you a tour to see venue options... We will! There's a new venue opening in Cache with additional small rooms to rent. Also, 2027 will be a great year for a stunning grand opening for a luxury venue in the middle of the city. We assist clients in sourcing and securing venues and vendors that align with their vision, budget, and event needs. We leverage trusted industry relationships to recommend reliable, high-quality venues and vendors, handle communication and coordination as needed, and guide you through the selection process to ensure a seamless planning experience.

Who handles setup and breakdown of the rentals?
In most cases, the planner or venue team manages setup and breakdown, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event. This is a major benefit of bundled rentals, as it ensures everything is placed correctly, on time, and taken care of after the event ends.
